In twenty four hours Callum has gone from having two wobbly front teeth that want to occupy the middle of this top gum, to having a wide gap between his lateral incisor occupied by the beginnings of his adult central incisor. The effect looks like, he has two big teeth in the top jaw like a vampire especially when he smiles. Sorry the photos don't quite show the effect as by the end the two front teeth were really squashed into each other.
