My kids have proved you can get a sugar high from eating all the plums in the house. Now I want to know how to stop a boy from shouting.

Today is the day of the Class Photo. Last year they started with siblings not in school, followed by siblings in school. Then starting at nursery they went up the school, so to get the kids before they got grubby. This year they started at year 6. They agreed to call me for the sibling photo when they got to it. Ahh. The first thing my daughter wanted to do was colouring with felt tips!

That did not last long. I have just checked the kids hair and my son has three parasites again.

I was worried today. I had been out since the morning and after the school run the house seemed very quiet. Matilda has a very load purr compared with the other cats I have been near. So it was very worrying. I occasionally heard a jangle but could not work out if it was Timothy or not. Then I realised the noise was coming from behind the cooker, Matilda had climbed into the gap next to it and could not get out. Five minutes later she was out, and purring loudly, and I felt that I was not going mad.

So I can work on the website down stairs, I moved the website files so I could access them downstairs. Then discovered it is an old version and it corrupted the copy of the website. So I updated the copy of rapid weaver then discovered it does not work on that operating system. Ahh I now have to wait for Chris to finish with this machine.

Chris has not been well. Friday he caught the sickness bug going around Ham about a fortnight after everyone else. But Chris decided not to just have it, he damaged his Uvula (the dangly bit at the back of your mouth), while being sick. Since then he has been in bed, hardly eating and working from home when not sleeping. It also means I am updating about a weeks worth of blogs in one go. I am just hoping he feels better soon, it cannot be fun with a Uvula twice as long as normal, glands up and a sore throat, also it is no fun having a hubbie who is not well.

We checked our hair tonight as all three of us were in school for the afternoon. I had listened to year 3 read while my youngest was in afternoon nursery. After them hatching in my son's hair, then finding six and two, I really checked everyone's hair. The kids were clear but I had come home with one. Arrr.

We have lost Remy Ratatouille. Since getting him he has had a bath, helped with the cooking and now he is missing. I forgot to get my daughter to put him to bed last night.

At ten Chris and my daughter were going to swim in the schools swimming pool. My daughter had been looking forward to finally being able to swim in the pool after seeing her brother do his swimming lessons there. But owing to an ill Chris, we ended up visiting Teddington Hospital for the Saturday morning doctors surgery. Our wait took so long, the kids and I ended up getting toys for them, a Ben 10 watch and a Remy Ratatouille cooking pot. When they finally saw Chris, it was even too late to go to our cousins birthday party in Bracknell.

I guess yesterday was a lucky, yesterday none, today 5. so combing for another 10 days.

Again one parasite again today. Hopefully by the end of the week whoever has them discovers and get's rid of them. I am guessing the next attack will be end of november as it was in patches of every two months last year.

I have picked up a cold, and spent today sneezing. Although what is worse is trying to chop onions with a runny nose and puffy eyes.

I am really proud of my leather jacket and especially the dragon on the back. It is the second time I have worn it to church, no one has said anything, and the second time the dragon on the back has made me feel uncomfortable. .....

What can I say, we have not even managed a month back and my son has come home with an unwanted guest. There was a note outside nursery, saying that there were parasites in the school and to check you family's hair. My daughter was clear and my son complained bitterly that nursery had them so he did not need to be checked. But I know year three are prone to them, so checked him and yes one parasite.

I had a chinese style sleep last night, lots of small portions. Well I guess Jessica having a dry nappy this morning makes it worth it. But my head is running slow today and getting up was hard. Jessica has the television now so I can check emails etc. Out of the many choices on kids TV she wants Blues Clues, Nick Jr only now do it at 6am (too early) and this video are getting really grainy and it has a buzzing sound every so often. Why have they not released the UK version on DVD??
